You can create torrents for pretty much any file you want to share.
Generally you'll find the option to create torrent in your torrent client :
mine for example is uTorrent and it's under File -> Create new torrent -> select the file you want to share (generally it's better to share zipped archives, not "loose folders")

Before creation or even after it you can add the required trackers for this site. (You can find the announce tracker you need to set in the option Torrent Download of this page. In this case it's -> http://ehtracker.org/2423465/announce)

Then you simply upload the torrent file on this site
