@Chojiin basically I've seen it used two different ways one in the case of it being fantasy it means someone or something magic'd up your junk so now instead of having a dick you have a vagina while keeping the rest of your body completely the same only difference is now the guy presumably has a womb, or in this case as a stand-in way to describe one of the characters as a trans-male. There should probably be a trans tag already a lot of comics on this site use trans characters anyway.

@private_wolfbane: There's a rough analog with the tags f:shemale and f:futanari, in that the latter is usually fantasy and the former is usually mundane transition. But even that isn't 100%. And the tag definitions here differentiate the two by the presence of balls. That can't really work for splitting cuntboy, since the external physical difference between a trans man and a victim of dick theft is minimal and not obvious.

We're also missing a tag for "male on cuntboy" (and for completeness' sake we should probably also have "cuntboy on male", and "female on dickgirl" and "dickgirl on female" while we're at it) which is why fights about the yaoi tag keep spinning up on the main comic here. Prescriptivist linguists take note: you better have a word for everything people want, or descriptivists will make one up for you.

@Unwanted Miles: the main comic seemed to have some one-way regret, so it makes some sense if, as this implies, they only fuck when the big brother is werewolved out and unable to withhold consent.
