Idk why you're having problems redrawing this. The original comes with fully cleaned versions already. Just superimpose the text layer with the clean layer, set your brush to "Clear", bring back the dialogue bubbles, clean those normally, and voilà. Minimal redrawing needed and you can do full SFX.
