I wonder if the translation is fully fixed by the time I finish making this comment, but as it is now there are still a couple issues on page 3:

Panel 2:
"Like they had gotten crazy about having sex within an affair" has weird wording and is more like "Everyone seemed to be really into having cheating sex".

"Huh? With your duty as a sister?" Here she's actually talking about the other girl having sex with her "brother in law" (義理の弟) as in, the boyfriend's little brother. You could simply translate this with something like "Huh? With his little brother!?" since they are supposedly still just dating and not actual in-laws.

Panel 3:
"Somehow or other! But I love my boyfriend!" I'd go with "Something like that!" for the first part.

Panel 4:
"With your former part-time manager" -> "With the manager at your part-time job!?" The 先 in バイト先 doesn't mean "former" in this case, it means the place where something happens, in this case the part-time job.

Panel 5:
"With the course of events after that I and everyone decided on having sex with the old man" -> "After that, we all ended up having sex with the old man" might flow a bit more naturally.

I haven't checked the rest of the pages, so there might be more issues elsewhere, but page 3 just immediately struck me as weird with the wordings and nonsensical lines. Although it seems like these issues are being fixed in real time as I'm writing this, so it's probably going to be fine.
