I agree, the death of the succubi ruined the whole story. I have never liked betrayal stories or revenge stories to begin with, and this one just proves just how scummy a "revenge" character really is. If he had killed the Succubi to stop her from murdering people or save his own life, then sure whatever. Even if I hadn't liked it, at least you could make some moral justification for the horrible thing that he did. But that isn't the case here. Instead we see him eat and murder the nice loli succubi, then gleefully go and murder her big sister too.

As for the ending no. You are sadly wrong. That is NOT the loli succubi. It is just a slime version of the guy that betrayed him, made to believe that he is the loli succubi It is likely inspired by what Redo the rapist did to his victims.

@Ilyia I think the translation here makes it a little unclear what is happening in that scene:

The succubus girl is playfully kinda giggling while saying she can't break free from the slime, that's weird, etc. kinda banter. Meanwhile the MC has kinda lost their mind and the only thing left is the drive for revenge and slime instinct to predate, which subconsciously manifests as the slime enveloping and predating the girl while preoccupied with thinking about revenge. At which point not only has he melded with the girl, his "inner drive/instinct" has mixed with the succubus drive/instinct. The MC at that point is already permanently warped and become a "slime succubus".

Hence why, even after the revenge is exacted, in the afterward you can see they're still preying on humans.

As for the other guy at the end: My take is his body was predated and used as materials and mixed with the succubus imouto's memories to reform her. As for whether that is "really her" or not? Who knows with "slime physics" ... if the soul/memory core/whatever still exists and could be separated into it's own vessel, they're as much the imouto as the MC is any bit himself anymore.

@DarkCocoon I just ran them through Google Lens and the extra pages are: A bio sheet for the demon king and the head knight, them both obviously being predated while the imouto says "Hmm this guy seems familiar to me for some reason...?" and the demon king commenting his magic is getting drained away from him. They're then reformed into JC succubus. Then after collecting enough life energy, the MC evolves into a Slime Succubus Queen. The final page has the 3 "younger siblings" come back stuffed full and saying they filled up on a large number of humans in the forest and also that they went to the neighboring dungeon and harvested the eastern demon king as well.

It feels more like the succubi involved here aren't exactly killed, but rather merged through absorption, with the man's memories taking center stage initially before the succubus instincts and memories kicked in. The slime succubus still had the loli succubus' memories when she absorbed the sister, and you even see her arguing with herself when she "converts" her grudge from killing to converting and having sex. Honestly it feels more like the succubus portions took over after the second succubus, and ran on auto just with the man's memories intact, which is why she claims to want revenge but her "revenge" is the warped sex and absorption. If anything it looks like the guy's essence merged with the older succubus' essence (she looks more like the sister), then mixed the loli with the traitor.

Eh, any succubus that completely drains their victims to death, loli or not, don't deserve mercy. If they can't show it, they shouldn't get it.

I certainly did not expect to see a discussion/debate on the morals and mechanics of slimes and succubi, but hey, I think its neat to see people who care enough about the plot and worldbuilding of a 30-page porn comic to have such a discussion.
