Serious answer? Yeah kind of. 02 is not a particularly beloved season of Digimon, Miyako/Yolei pretty much only appears in it (she's barely in any crossover or EU media), and the popular 02 girls are the returning cast and most especially Hikari/Kari who is not only more conventionally attractive but also more porn-able due to being a little sister character and having a more convential love triangle. Miyako is great and there is some stuff of her, but she doesn't fit the bill for hentai as easily as Hikari does so she gets overshadowed in the Doujinosphere.

Yes, there is. There's a complete collection of most of the Palcomix Digihentai comics on this site under the title "Digihentai Comices" [sic] which includes Digimon Rules 1-3.

Edit: Also confirmed through their Discord there's a misprint on page 5, as might be inferred Hawkmon is actually the one who should be speaking in the bottom left panel. Because it's not like doing comics like these is LITERALLY the Palcomix guy's job that he's been making a living off of for literal fucking DECADES! Like, I'd be less down on him for a minor error if he wasn't a) totally slapdash at damn near every fucking aspect of his business up to and including communicating in English (ironically) and b) a whiny, angsty, self-effacing crybaby forever on the precipice of a meltdown because of mean people on the internet. Even legitimate pros mess up, but Pietro has burned out the benefit of my doubt.

If I remember right, the English Dub also had Yolei be loud and a bit mean, mainly when Davis is involved. Her appearance compared to Kari also is not helped by her wearing something akin to a hiker's gear combined with a rugby uniform with that helmet she always wore in the Digi world.

Her most notable thing I can remember from the show was her love story and relationship with Ken.

It sort-of makes sense since Hawkmon's hypnotic trigger is that any penis she sees is replaced with his own. If the idea was for him to be on her mind and make her near-constantly horny for him, then it backfired spectacularly. If it was for him to turn her into a total slut with no regard for who she is fucking, then I guess that works.
