I'll be honest, I don't get gigantism. It's not gross (unless vore or scat is involved) but I just don't get it

For me, it's a bit complex, but the simplest way I can put it is that it's like an intensifier kink. It makes whatever they're doing much more biblical, epic, and prone to consequence (more ass, more tits, more feet, etc.) There's a psychological element underlying all that too which plays into an extreme sense of powerplay on a scale which renders them nigh unapproachable and nearly godlike in magnitude. For some people, that prospect can be very exciting.
