Well, despite be the main heroine, there's really few (compared to other characters) stuff focused on her, and personally, I found more interesting (from that arc) some Claudette, Airi, Irma, Alleyne and Tomoe stuff, but back in the main; the artwork is good, I don't like her face at all but is still passable; the dialogue is a bit basic (so far, i haven't seen a tentacle monster able to talk, they have enough intelligence to arouse and mindbreak a woman but can't say anything, poor things); the action however is hot, inciting and highly fetishistic; and finally the censorShit is tolerable. Overall, a good set for Reina fans, and why not, for any Queen's Blade follower.
