Another day, another *checks notes* incest-NTR story pulled out of upload purgatory? What the hell did I buy this time...

This doujin by the group NCP was released in September/October 2020. The main fetish here is supposedly NTR, but once you understand the context it doesn't really make much sense (and you might even support it).

Our main characters here are:
-Blond Guy: Shinji [Protagonist]
-Black-hair Girl: Miyo [Main Girl]
-Black-hair Guy: Keisuke [Miyo's brother]
-Gyaru: Unnamed (I think) [Shinji's Girlfriend?]

The story is told from the perspective of Shinji, the guy who will be doing the 'NTRing'. He's friends with Keisuke, and knows that Miyo (Keisuke's little sister) is a serious brocon. Shinji takes advantage of Miyo and her naivety as a virgin, convincing her that engaging in sexual activity with him will help her practice for the real deal when she has sex with her brother. Shinji and a gyaru then start having sex together with Miyo, and soon she is completely entranced by Shinji during sex.

Do you see what I'm getting at with how the NTR is unusual here? The NTR is being committed on a girl who is in love with her brother. From an objective standpoint, Shinji is doing a good thing by not having Miyo commit incest (though taking advantage of her is much more morally grey). It wraps around to being weirdly wholesome. The incest love is also super one-sided, and the brother never shows any signs of being romantically interested in his sister. Keisuke is barely on screen, and he only ever shows concern for Miyo's safety as his sister (LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING WOULD BE). I'm personally not a fan of NTR, but this is borderline acceptable for me because the context is so weird. This doujin sets up so many of the classic NTR tropes: the gradual escalation, the hidden sex, the phone-call during the climax, etc. but it seems more silly in hindsight than serious in a regular NTR story. Why can't Shinji just come out like 'Yo bro, I hope it's cool with you that I'm going out with ya sister." Hell, I bet Keisuke would probably be okay with it. Anybody else have thoughts on this? How TF do you even tag this kind of story properly?
