I don't know what it is, the art is technically "good", but there's something about it that feels like it's "wrong", I don't really know how to explain it properly. There's something about the style that bugs me.

This artist seems to be still using mostly a pencil on paper, then scans it and colors it on the computer,
like I guess most manga's and animes did in 1995?
And this artist can't hold it's lines straight, or keep a consistent thickness.
