1. Tag "comic" must NEVER be used outside of "Western" category.

2. Tag "parody:original" must NEVER be used outside of "Doujinshi" category.

I think someone's been going around downvoting the Koikatsu tags. Please note the post date on Pseudo-Nim's comment. The rules have changed since then and the Koikatsu tag can now be used on galleries made with Koikatsu graphics. Ignore Pseudo-Nim's comment. He's wrong.
