@Danman, yes. Basically, she said to her child that in the 2nd to last page that the child is actually her brother's while he was sleeping.
There is a foreshadowing in the first volume. She told her brother to cum inside her. His "morality" made him refuse to, but she knows he wants to.
Skip a few page and she tells him that she's pregnant with her husband's child so he can cum inside her as much as he wants. The whole development already raised a red flag. Basically, she lied. She wasn't pregnant, and the brother banged her for a whole week cumming inside her. Since she wasn't actually pregnant, she got pregnant during that period. So, the brother unwittingly impregnated Mio. Happy End.
