Aight so I just did 45 minutes of dicking around with some chinese dictionaries, here's what I came up with.

Mostly literal version:
Faceless guy (possibly Alhaitham): "Have you gained knowledge? Lesser Lord Kusanali~"
Nahida: "My god...this...it's never been recorded once in the entirety of Irminsul"

Guy's dialogue: I'm half certain this was a pun that didn't translate well. "Are you swelling with knowledge" doesn't work when it's your dick swelling and "flushed with knowledge" isn't an expression (edit1: alright, there actually is a word that works well here. "Florid" is both a word that means flushed and is related to flowers historically). Something like "Do you feel your knowledge growing, Lesser Lord Kusanali?" would probably be fine. But it definitely translates into Lesser Lord Kusanali and not Nahida, as it uses the former's hanzi.
Nahida's dialogue: Translator did better with this one. Some flavor could have been added, like "Archons above..." or "By the Heavenly Principles". Definitely less accurate, but it gets the meaning across alongside some variation of "never been seen/recorded/heard of in Irminsul".
Item Text: It's dick. We all know the censor is covering up some word for penis. I have no idea how the translator knew enough to refer to the Descenders but not enough to know what words get censored.
