I'm personally glad that Dave has moved away from that guro nonsense he put his Angel Corps characters through. What he did there was a waste. This is much better.

What I recall is those guro drawings were actually commissions for Gurochan or a site similar. But someone there fucked Dave over and didn't pay the other half of the commission at some point, so its understandable if he got disillusioned with the lot.

I like this guy's art, but I really wish he'd find a project/story he can stick to instead of always coming up with new characters that just get abandoned again all the time. They're cool picturesets, but he's never been able to create a coherent story and actually finish it.

I liked the Angel Corps characters but the guro stuff was pretty unpleasant. Kinda wish he could have just done like a sexy action comic using them
