Honestly I found the ending in general super disappointing. Like, yeah sure the weight loss was a bummer. But then for some reason their entire relationship dynamic changed into a BDSM one? One of the strongest parts of the first half of the comic was how their relationship was portrayed and how they genuinely loved each other. The main reason why Momoko's WG started was because Azuki loved seeing her happy above all else, and Momoko kept the weight because she wanted to see Azuki happy. But then halfway through the script is completely flipped and he suddenly stops being considerate. Their mutual desire to make each other happy quickly turns into a power struggle for dominance, and all because Momoko's friends wanted to force her into being what they wanted her to be. That last page really turns a god-tier vanilla comic and shatters it into something grim.

At the very least those extra pages somewhat makes up for that, though.
