Since you're uploading again, could you recreate the torrent file for previous uploaded animations?
Last time you create the torrent files, but you didn't seed them, therefore others couldn't get the animation file.
After you create the torrent,make sure the torrent software is running, and also keep the animation files in the directory which you choose while creating the torrent file.
Keep the software running for at least a day or so, for others can download the file and also seed it.
