No. That's just how I found the comics to be arranged in when I downloaded them.
The artist either miss counted or just didn't post the first few parts to this.

I follow Jamkat and this is how they posted it... it was done on purpose...

Basically, the second half is recounting what led up to the first half of the comic... it's one way to tell a story, giving you the end before telling you the beginning...
This gives you story of suspicion as to what could have been the cause that led up to it, before actually showing you what it was.
