Per default e-hentai displays every image that was uploaded with more than 1280px horizontal res as an downscaled to 1280px horizontal res image. The image info directly above and below the image on your screen only gives you the resolution and filesize for this image.
If you want to know the resolution and filesize of the original uploaded image scroll down to the bottom of the screen and look at the "Download Original" link.

Example image 1: above and below image on screen it says 1280x1871px with 172.5KB , "Download Original" link says 1300x1900px with 799.5 KB.
