@Seijiro the birthrate mostly the city thing, most people living in the city nowaday don't feel like getting marry at all, they have work and hobby to keep them busy .
So of course compare to any countryside, where people don't really have much to entertain themself with, they will have higher birthrate, sometime to the point of having 4-5 kids in one household.
