If it's going to be a revenge story, and the title is called 'reverse', it would be interesting if the roles of the characters were reversed as well.

The overall story can be the main character scheming and eventually finding a way to reverse the curse the other way around. Maybe giving her a arc going from submissive to dominant. It would probably be a refreshing take on feminization considering most koikatsu stories follow the same typical structure.

The only way to gain his dick back is by punishing back the people who tortured her, basically a tug of war between her and the antagonist that goes back and forth a while. in the end because she experienced pleasure as a woman, by the time she can get her dick back to the original size, her mind can't go back to being a man, so she decides to stay as a woman or turn in to a futa.

OMG, will we actually see him get revenge?!!! That's gotta be the best thing. I never see stories like this have the MC get revenge. That would be wonderful. I want to see him take that bitch and her maid down... Maybe even his ex girlfriend, considering it looked like she had been friends with the bitch and may have been faking things to mess with him.

They exist. But rarely are they satisfying. Because the revenge is often far worse than the initial act. Often ruining any desire to root for the revenge.
