Is this actually from coinflip? It's not uploaded by the usual person, and while it's got a lot of the same usual beats, it feels a little different, especially with no dialogue going on for a large part of it.

This is not a new piece, just a collection of Helping Hand 1 and 2, CG comics Coinflip did waaay back in 2017. You can find both CG comics on the author's now dead Pixiv account.
It seems the uploader didn't have the captioned version of Helping Hand 1, since he decided to upload the old, 71-page long version. You can find the captioned version on his Patreon.
