Good ol' Frank might be toast in this one. That cop babe might be a part, of that glasses wearing councilwoman/inspector/whatever lady's plan. Check ending of previous (or two) episode.
Unless... Pastor's wife and that new reporter girl (she's HOT, btw) will get in her way, and rescue mayor's ass.

The glasses chick admitted at the end of chapter 3 that she is not into white guys, so she seems to be immune to Frank's old fat bastard powers. There is no doubt that she will try to fuck with him in some way. Them there is the priest's wife who enjoys it but has good enough self control to manipulate Frank rather easily. Finally, the councilwoman seems to be a future pawn, because Frank always had the upper hand on her (including that blackmail that he didn't delete) and her increasing lust has been pushing her into becoming more and more sloppy.

It's also good to note that Frank has been making connections with different groups, such as the religious community, the LGBT and BLM, which could help him in the long run. He also has his own inner circle of trustworthy people who do the recon work for him, seeing how they were the ones who recommended his nanny, secretary and now the chief of police. I don't think he is going to take a fall so easily, but if his enemies decide to team up, shit's gonna get real.

TL;DR the plot is getting thicker than the women
