Cover and first version of comic page 1 are extremely blurry because it is A BLOODY UPSCALE OF A THUMBNAIL-SIZED IMAGES posted in the previous iteration of the gallery:

Rest of the pictures in this one are just downsamples of pages from the either the previous gallery or original.
