I think it would have been better if she showed more skin, especially in the later pictures (at least have the abs/belly visible + under-boobs or even topless, I mean we already had a nice view in pic 1 and she went and got covered, nice abs btw)

adding tattoos could be interesting but I fear the AI will change them on each render which will hurt consistency

there are still issues with hands (I mean 1st picture has 6 fingers) and especially nails which look broken/disgusting, tbh I would negative prompt them or force them in her back or hidden behind other stuff (or maybe use gloves I've seen some ai art that made every characters with gloves and hands were a bit less fucked in them)

I'm not really into the limp expansion (I like BE and FMG) but that's just my taste and I understand the "norms" of bimbofication (it's just that some stuff that could fly with usual 2D looks weird with more realistic style)

Yeah i tried to keep the cloths/appearance as consistent as i could, i'll keep it more liberal in the next series

I also have thought about that and several prompts to do that, but it always feels like a cop out. Though i keep it in mind for the next time.

yeah that's a pet peeve of mine and was also what i wanted to try on this model since it was self trained just to see how far i can push on a relative consistent character.

honestly at this point it's pretty obvious EDP is a teenager from tumblr just using ai hatred as a new personality.
personally? a fap is a fap.
i love ai tech cause as a dev and data scientist, it's my bread and butter.
it's just going to get better and never stop.
AT BEST there will be some laws to stop corporations using a model with a database of art that is there without an artist consent form commercial use, but private use will never stop.
so either cope or continue being angry at something that you will never stop.
this will be my last comment on the issue cause arguing with 15 year old fappers is tiresome and honestly, beneath any person with a developed prefrontal cortex.

So from the voting i have to conclude that this transformation was even worse than my first one o.O.
I'll try and do a better one next time.
For those who voted low because the content was shit and not just because it was AI, what can i do better?
I know fingers still need a bit of tweaking but the overall rest i thought was quite okay.

well in terms of AI generation, it's far better than the first one imo, so my guess would be that the theme doesn't satisfy as many people as the first one.

I think it's mostly because she's too covered

also your galleries getting low rating only have 1 character while galleries having multiple characters have much higher rating

try making a gallery with 3/4 characters and only 4/5 transformation steps (more drastic ones since AI has variation you have sometimes boobs shrinking in the middle of a sequence, for instance 4 into 5 here, and it breaks it a bit)

So my main advice is basically this: take these renderings and trace over them, that way you have a consistent style (that has the benefit of coming straight from you) and you can easily edit some of the inconsistencies between pics. They aren't bad to begin with, but a personal touch will go MILES in making this connect with a larger audience. And what I'm talking about isn't exactly a skill/technique thing so even if you're super new to art it should be doable!

1 - Generate a single background, use this as it's own layer.

2 - Generate your progression and save those images. Someone earlier said 4-5 stages which I think is good advice. The best/ most successful bimbofication sequences are generally at least 3 stages and i'd say 5 is a good upper limit.

3 - Now trace over the figure in each image. Sometimes AI can make the faces vary too much between stages, so here you can copy/paste some features like eyes and nose to keep the likeness, and draw over the bigger lips or whatever. You can also fix little parts of the clothing so it doesn't look like she's changing her wardrobe between "shots". it's a simple thing, but these consistencies really help with the viewer's immersion. If your audience doesn't notice it, you're doing it right.

4 - User a colour picker right on the AI image, and the fill tool to lay down some flat colours. This will really elevate your line art and BAM people really appreciate this level of finish even.

5 - lastly for the background, I would recommend doing a quick trace over the big shapes and a few details just to blend it with the character, OR use a bit of blur on the whole BG to make the character stand out as the focus.

the main problem I believe with AI art is supply and demand. everyone can spend an hour and generate 1000 images and if we all upload each one nobodies ever going to want to look at your art. A gallery with 100 versions of a slightly different prompt is going to turn people away (I know there are people who are really into it tho so ymmv). limiting the number of transitions in the whole sequence, as well as spending that extra time to draw over it will be one of the main ways to help combat this problem IMO

i hope this doesn't sound too negative! I'm not super huge on the AI-thing anymore so i'm biased, but I genuinely would rather encourage people to keep making art than shut them down

I'll keep that to heart and incorporate it in my future pics, keep it a bit shorter and maybe have a better theme as as well as loosing some cloths and keep it more consistent.

Since i'm coming from a data scientist background with basically no prio knowledge of anything related to art i'm not quite sure what you mean with most of the custom changes you proposed.

For example i can't really say to my program to always take the same background, i would need to cut out the model and place it manually on the new background (but i can try and look into a consistent background or a simple colors background since that is easier) which would make her look very out of place instead of inside the picture.

also with what you described in 3-5 with "trace over", you mean to paint over it myself?
if so than that's probably quite a while away since my skills with Photoshop etc are really quite basic (like using the magic repair tool/layers for small repairs).

Sadly my skill in PS or similar programs are far to bad to even attempt something like this. I tried it but it always looks like a bad serial killer mask

I wish it was that fast :D took me quite a while to get to the "Bimbo" look . And i get around ~20 base images and maybe a good/great one an hour if i want something specific from which the main part is thrown away (although "generic" pics would be at around 70 pics an hour)

not at all, at least some written out CC from which i can take inspiration/form of guidelines not just a one star rating

So i'll give it another go in and see if i can cooperate the CC into the workflow.

i had a feeling I might be taking for granted some of the steps I mentioned, forgive me a little hehe. btw if you ever do feel like removing background but want to automate some or all of that process, there is a program called Lunacy with a really good BG remover feature! it's got a bunch of other designy features but i honestly use it for that alone

tbh I think AI art is going to be a great tool, Im working on a SFW RPG and I'm looking into using AI to make character portraits on the fly (for now i'm still using stock portraits for important characters, but it adds a lot more life into the game if every character has a portrait)

Yeah :D but at least some kewords i can go by (had the same in my first transformation where someone motioned additional eye loras and VAE) so i'll take everything i get and with that also thanks for the Program i will definitely check it out.

I can only recommend it there is a ton of stuff you can make and customizes
for example for SD and a more classical look https://civitai.com/models/90/dungeons-and-diffusion-v3 but there is also tons of other stuff/models you can use even train a style yourself or on your artstyle
I also heard good things about midjourney (but i prefer SD since i can run that locally and it's open source)
