Thanks for the TL, was hoping this would get picked up. Couple minor things I noticed in the first part.

Cover - 水瀬家 can TLed as "Minase family"
So it'd be the Minase family's private beach

Page 4 - 水着 is swimsuit
That line should be something along the lines "We finally made it to the beach but don't have swimsuits"

Page 17 - ピース is peace
"Make a peace sign while sticking out your tongue"

Thanks for the notes. Now that you've brought up some obvious mistranslations that I swear I shouldn't have overlooked, I think I should redo the translation. I actually worked on this a while back when I was way less experienced with JP for a friend, and I just uploaded it because I was cleaning my drive.
