The project itself was much maligned and, arguably - prematurely, cancelled; which is a shame because - unlike aforementioned Schweinehund Überprojekt - Hundefibel Project seemed to produce actually useful for Humanity results. But, that's based ontological pattern for you - to ever only care about media representation instead of actual reality...

What is going on with this? It feels like an old-school "portfolio" from 2000, or even the furry collection publications from earlier: Title/"Cover" image, "Table of Contents" (remember those?), a cute little intro at the beginning, mix of text and images somewhat vaguely combined, almost everything feels soft and hand-drawn traditionally rather than straight digital. But then I saw "SJW", did a double-take and looked at the date: 2019! He says this is supposed to be emulating an old tank manual, that that's the "gimmick", and that might explain the black and white and treating it like a physical booklet. But I'm pretty sure manuals in the 40's didn't have artifacts from being xeroxed. What a strange thing. Still, not complaining. These are some hot bitches.

Is it bad that the very first thing I noticed about this was the fact that the stamp on the front is dated 1938 but the rifle she's carrying didn't enter service until 1943?

Crayon-eater is very hard, but ultimately quite rewarding job, let me tell you - and one with a very, very stringent selection process to boot. Not just anyone can be ready to start eating crayons from the start, some random schmuck from the street would be discarded right after the first sieve, yanno.
...Do not know how this goes nowdays, though, with gender quotas and "representation" and such - so maybe you are just right after all.

"Xeroxed artifacts" probably are supposed to emulate extremely low print quality of the original. It was supposed to double as a toilet paper, after all.

As for the folio date - if you notice the FA link posted in credits section, it lists "EvilArt" instead of "EvilArtNazi". Bernal changed his handler soon after that word became non comme il faut - id est, after SJW took over most of the noosphere in furspace. This is all I have to say on this topic.
