I don't see any guro here except for pg 24-25 but even so it wouldn't be Female:guro. That implies it's happening to the girl which is not the case. It's just a mantis eating a dead animal. I think that tag needs to go.

Description of the guro tag from the wiki:
Type: Activity / Visual
Sub-Type: Violence
Description: Graphic mutilation of something organic. Moderate blood or violence does not qualify.
Notes: Should not be confused with snuff. Does not necessitate the blood tag. For most cases involving robots use dismantling instead.
Gender: The gender of the one getting mutilated determines if the tag is placed in the female or male namespace.

Maybe Female:Blood would be applicable because of the wounds visible on the cover but not guro.
