To put in summary, just your normal blackmail NTR story but a bit less stupid and have some developement.
But still, yeah, way too much build up for so little pay off.

Main heroine is section chef, dude is her subordinate and the old man is head chef.

In first part, there is a new plan and dude want to be in charge of it. Main heroine say ok just go.

In second part, dude ask why the plan didn't get green light, and know because of the head chef. He think it because old man hate main heroine, so he stole his sign.
Everything go smooth, except next day they know on the news that there is a product almost the same with them, but sell with lower price.
Project become big failed with huge loss. Dude and main heroines got call in, but president say it's fine and let they go, because they still young, just need to improve later. Then old man got scold, due to the fact that he didn't allow any project except one, from 21 years ago.

In third part, dude confessed with main heroine about stole sign thing. The girl go to old man house to apologize for her subordinate, so the old man can let this through. At this point, old man said ok it's fine.
But right after that, his change job review got rejected, due to the big fail of project in old company already become rumor. He start hating the dude, because this isn't his fault but him instead.
