Some oddities/errors I spotted on a first read:

Page 1:
"Sensei'd like the..." -> "Sensei would like..." This contraction works when speaking, but reads weirdly in text. It's not... completely wrong I guess?
"Fine! I get it!!" - This doesn't fit the context at all here, it gives off the impression that she's irritated or being rushed. I feel like it's way too literal of a translation from はい！！わかりました. Something like "Okay! I'll be right with you!" Or something along those lines would convey her acknowledgement while fitting better.

Page 3: "Make sure you gulp it all down with the student council cunt!" -> "Make sure you gulp it down with your/this student council cunt!"
"Damm it" -> "Damn it"

Page 5: "Ain't you hearing me?" -> "Didn't you hear me?" I wouldnt say this is wrong, but like... Does she really look like the kind of person to be speaking like this lol

Page 8: "Too long" -> "So long"

Page 9: "This sticky corporal odor..." -> "This thick bodily odor" Corporal is technically correct, but i have never ever heard it used outside of a spiritual or magical context. Also, corporeal is a much more common spelling.

Page 10: "Those erotic sex-crazed walls..." -> "These erotic sex-crazed walls..."
"What the hell you eat to have such..." -> "What the hell did you eat to get this huge, man-pleasing ass?"

Page 11: "my hips don't quit moving!" -> "my hips won't stop moving!"
"I'm buried in the hag's mighty booty" -> "I'm buried in this hag's meaty booty"

Page 15: "Gotta give my pussy a good lick..." -> "Give my pussy a good lick..."

Page 16: "...it'll make me burp" -> "...it's gonna make me burp" she literally burps right after

Page 17: "Isn't it turned on!?" -> "It isn't turned on!?" He's realising that it's not turned on, not asking himself that.

Page 18: "you've been completely hypnotized into longing to rape me" -> "wanting to rape me" longing doesn't fit in this context, keep it simple.

Page 20: "I've been devouring non-stop all the males at school" -> "I've been devouring all the males non-stop."

Page 21: "I'd like to show you off something." -> "I'd like to show you something OR "I'd like to show something off to you." Pick one or the other, lol.

You really need a proofreader/QC checker because a lot of these are really obvious oddities that are really easy to iron out, ESPECIALLY if you're charging for this. My JP is pretty shit and I can already spot some weird TLs, so I'm pretty sure an actual translator would have a field day with this.

Also, I think you could reduce your font spacing and increase your font size by a bit, it'll probably look better. Your hand-lettering looks pretty decent tho!

i dont know if it's becoming more common but at the very least ive been landing on a lot of these reverse situations

usually it's just the girl turning out to be a succubus or cum demon

it was kinda expected when ya think about it. either the hypnosis was gonna go haywire turning everyone/the next person he hypnotized into a hyper slut that'd drain him dry or the device is used against him and we already saw that he could occasionally be overpowered/bested

these characters need to lear that one of the first things you should prepare is counter hypnosis (self hypnosis) with no purpose other than preventing people from using the thing on you or at least tell you if you're hypnotized... but how would that work? would you have to be paranoid all the time? when would be the approriate time in this story for MC to even check if he was hypnotized? so many questions

i doubt we'll get another turnabout though, this is a "get what you deserve" type ending like how some invisibility stories have the guy get run over by a car or timestop guy being stuck in frozen time
