Is there a reason for having both Japanese and English versions of some pages?

@IngmarS It's for cleanup purposes due to rules that if a single image isn't the same in equal or higher quality the old one can't be expunged. Someone uploaded the japanese version in a less complete version of this collection and it would just stick around if I didn't. Same reason why censored/uncensored versions of some images despite uncensored clearly being superior (but not counting as "superior" versions)
