It's a got the same old same old scenario he constantly gives us but with another familiar twist: the husband's also cheating. Still I hope the rest of it, including volume 2, is translated. Guess I'd have to stick to raw reading for the time being.

You can argue that the husband created the mess, but she is a hypocrite for getting mad at him for having a mistress. Even if you somehow argue that she basically had no choice but to have sex with the old dude because of the debt, the same could not be said for her having sex with his sons and their sister's boyfriend. So yeah, she's a massive hypocrite.

She could have refused the old guy and went to work anywhere else. She loved it.
She enjoyed having sex with the sons, especially Tohru, and got all lovey-dovey with them, even admitting she likes Tohru at the beach and being happy he was fucking her there instead of her husband.
Not to mention the boyfriend of Tohru's sister, a random old guy and others she fucked here and in part 2 which is still untranslated.

So yeah, she is both a cheating disloyal whore and a hypocrite.
I just wish the husband cheated with more women, sadly he gets incarcerated in the second untranslated part of this story and she continues to be a maid whore in that household, even bringing her little daughter there who will inevitably one day see her mother getting fucked, or get fucked herself if the old guy and his sons are into little girls since her daughter is a maid too at the end of the story in part 2.
