A series of (very) loosely connected short stories supposedly united by the same set of protagonists, and/or set in the same world - much like, say, "The Last Wish" in the Witcher cycle.
As you can clearly attest from the last pages of the book where the cat and fox - protagonists of the stories in the book - finally meet, forming, for a manner, a team.
Can't say for sure if further tomes follow the same pattern, or switch to the Witcher model with one large overarching narrative.
Alas, my pool of knowledge on this particular aspect of FurryRevolution's art career is limited to the extreme.
Mostly 'cause of general apathy and the lack of trying.
