I haven't followed Atsuki for quite a while and the moment I look at the tag I see a whole bunch of low quality IPhone selfies like whaaaaaaaat?

If someone could link some (or all) the ROMs that aren't published on sad panda it would be helpful since I'm planning to upload more ROMs but don't really know where to start when looking at the tag ...

PS: p136 thubnail is dead for some reason but the image is displaying correctly in the image viewer. Don't really know why

For that part I don't have any information. The ROM was taken directly from her Fantia so if there is any modification done to the photos, this is not done on my side.

The thumbnail is dead because you have some type of adblocker
It was a problem for me too when I was uploading.
You need to google the fix, it involves adding a string of characters in your adblock's exception rule list

Also add "Atsuki あつき [Mysuite]" in the gallery title, otherwise my RSS downloader cannot auto-download the torrent since it cannot look at gallery tags.

The bikini bottoms seem to be little too big. You can see slightly down them in several photos.
