Well, here it is- the final part of my CG set quadrilogy, this time focussing almost exclusively on futa on futa content, now that the girls have had time to get used to their new bodies and massive boost in labido.

Story wise it's a little convoluted but the general gist of is that it would revolve around the player character being challenged by the nurse's villainous heram to a series of sex battles, each require 10 sperm samples (20 for the twins) to unlock, should she beat all 6 of them, the nurse will be free.
At least that's what we're told at the start as things aren't quite what they seem as the nurse puts her insane plan to convert humanity into fertile (testicled) futanari with the school acting as ground zero.
