Drawing a girl too muscular doesn't make an artist worse than any others, hell the title of the gallery is called "Sweat and muscle". It's an art style. Some people actually like the well defined muscles.

Impossible anatomy, however, is a sign of poor artistry. Yes, the foot thing at the end is a bit off.
