"Gender change" is a visual tag, not contextual. There needs to be visual presence of gender change in the gallery. Otherwise it's incorrectly tagged.

IIRC "gender change" does not need to show the process of the change itself if it's part of a longer context (series etc.) where the change was established earlier, unlike the new "gender morph" subclass.

Have fun fixing all the other series that are also tagged for nonvisual gc due to it being established earlier. I'm not gonna stop you (can't anyways, I'm not a mod), but from my observations people aren't tagging like that in practice. Whether most people are theoretically wrong or not doesn't really matter to me.

(Btw I personally don't tag/vote on fetish tags unless they're my own galleries, so I'm certainly not part of the vote on the gc tag)

That's for Rule 63 cases where there's visual presence of a character with a different gender or for part of a multi-work series. This isn't even a mutl-work series, but in either case, visual presence in a gallery is required. An author tagging it as #tsf on twitter doesn't count.
