Superb! Great quality of art, very cute, and more realistic story to it (as opposed to the generic "Oh hi, let's fuck!" that runs so rampant in hentai). Though it has some hardcore tinges, it's still very softcore, which is nice. The only negative thing I can think of about this is the length. This great of quality for only 10 pages is practically a sin! I would seriously pay to see more of this.
