I'd say the issue isn't your Japanese but your English, there are a bunch of vocabulary and grammar mistakes. They are pretty minor so it's easy to self-correct when reading compared to unedited MTL, but they are there.

Examples:
Page 5 - She also left for college but she was married last year. She comes back to give birth.
Correct - She left for college but she got married last year. She is coming back here to give birth.

Page 8 - I figured you won't be happy for me. That's not true... Um... Congratulation
Correct - I figured you wouldn't be happy for me. That's not true... Um... Congratulations
