Mangadex would be nice. If not, you could upload to Dynasty- Reader (scans). It wouldn't be the first Harumachi Tsurara to only be here and Dynasty. My Cigar Sweet is also not on Mangadex but is here and Dynasty.

So reading the DLSite's "Translators Unite" T&C, article 8, I don't believe @devildonger has the power to allow distribution of this translated work. Not even the original circle/artist, since the rights lie entirely in DLSite's hands: https://www.dlsite.com/home/circle/translators/regulations?locale=en_US#entext
Since technically, this is an official translation, it's not allowed to be uploaded to MangaDex (rule 1.2). Might not be allowed to upload to Dynasty either but I'm not that well versed in their rules.
