It's great that you enjoy the creator's work. They have talked about opening a Patreon before, you can support them there if that happens / any other sites the creator decides to use. After the demise of hiccears, they do not currently have a way for fans to support him. Their pixiv is linked in the description, but I imagine you are already following them.

However, E-H user UCUCZHOU, who is the artist Z.DK - https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/1657544 is saying that little fat got arrested by the CCP police, I hope that this is not the case. Too many Chinese artists have either gotten arrested, or have quit creating because of what the situation is like.

I don't know about groups doing Chinese TLs, I can read Japanese and Chinese so I never bothered to get to know TL groups.
