In this World where Pokemon evolved and humans became extinct, Peony (a teen Pikachu who loves to wear diapers and feel like a baby through dresses, pacifiers and more) comes out. Her mother does not accept it and wants to put Peony in a reformatory, to grow up like a normal Pokemon, however she runs away from home with her little sister Bluebell who constantly needs to wear diapers where they find a private daycare.
