The bonus is hilarious. First, the little... brother? (idk they are called Nori-kun?) thinks that the room stink and just before leaving says:
-btw mom is getting worried that if you keep playing with your ass you will get hemorrhoids
-what? mom, but how?
-because not only mom but everybody in the house noticed
-EEEE?! How? That's a joke, right?
