Also, the first two and last chapters have been significantly redrawn compared to their magazine versions, and text altered in some places (not just placing but contents).
The redrawn version of the last chapter already appeared in Miyako's doujin compilation (/g/2411294/b5da5ee072/).

I understand the author wanting their opening stories to showcase their best art, or simply wanting to freshen up their works into their current/improved style, and it's also nice that 2 versions exist now.
With that said, IMO the original chapters were completely fine (heck it's not even the oldest chapters that got redrawn!). I do think they're improved overall, but it went unnecessarily far in some places and makes the girls a bit too different from before. It makes sense for Miyako since it makes her more consistent with her other chapters in her own book, but Sanae sort of loses her innocent and fluffy feel for a colder and more stylish one (the thicker hair, fiercer eyes and massive eyelashes make me think it could be Danimaru's influence from the same magazine), and that however makes her less consistent with her cameo appearences in Ch.7, where she becomes harder to recognize. Also not sure if the cup size upgrades felt necessary or if they're just bonus alternatives.
So I preferred Sanae before her changes, and overall, despite the art improvements, IMO maybe half of the panels have more charm in their original style, and also since I'm definitely getting the physical book, I would have chosen the original chapters:
