This is a fan edit of TAREkatsu's "Haiki Shobun No. 3," which attempts to combine parts 1 and 2 into one cohesive story. There are some discrepancies regarding the battle damage seen on Chun-Li, but if you can get past them, I believe my edit portrays the events in a satisfying manner and is the best way to enjoy this doujinshi. It's currently all in Japanese because part 2 has not been translated yet, but when it does I will make a fan edit using the English translations.
