She IS hot, but also associated with a gang. Which mean I mainly just feel bad for her as I know how many gangs treat women, and not horny. Three dots is an inmate tattoo and doesn't work like someone else said. At least on maras they're arranged like Zelda's triforce, never got attached to other imagery and tattooed most of the time on hands or face but I saw some time ago a 3DPD using that kind on tattoo hidden on her feet. Had the same meaning as someone said before “mi vida loca” or literally “my crazy life”.
