Doesn't look like AI to me. When it's AI you can look at the expanded image and see the line art is all funky. That's not the case here, plus it's full of errors that only make sense in the context of a human drawing it (little bit of tone and line sticking out of the panel borders, for example). The drawings are just a little shoddy, that's all.
