工业生产线和手工作坊所产出的大部分都是工具或者消耗品例如宣传比较多的传统刀剑，服装，手工艺品。它们大多都有使用价值，在此之上被人们附加了文化价值，非遗也好传统文化也好。因为一般人购买首先为了用，其次才是赏。所以选择工业生产线出来的产品既保证了质量又提供了数量。所谓手工的灵魂大多是人们在精神层面的追求，看中的是其文化价值。当然所谓资本会根据人们这种心理进行宣传，这一点是需要整改的。
在ai方面其实不止是作画，ai写作，ai下棋，ai作曲等这些所带来的影响不是工厂和作坊之间的差距，本身ai现在所涉及的就是文化艺术方面的产业，往大里说文艺的百花齐放为人类提供了不同的审美造就了色彩斑斓的世界，往小里说每个人都需要有自己的意识。虽然现在这是在e站看涩图，但是ai不加以限制的话不止是本子趋于同质化。
我认为ai应该运用在服务人的方面，例如导航甚至未来的自动驾驶
。而不是ai教育人。说到底我不想看到围棋一样的绘画，不想让电脑教育我什么叫美什么叫文学，这些本身就应该是人赋予的。

AI does use work from artist to learn. True that people do that too.
The problem is the actual "work" is done by the AI, the person behind the AI is just merely a person asking the AI for commission.
So think of it this way: we are crediting AI for making AI art, but not the prompter.

And lets drop the "protect art" part all together, but think about incentives. If AI is removing incentives for artists, and the AI feeds on artist's creation.
Even for the benefit of AI art, we still need artists to create to keep AI learn more, isn't it a good idea to at least "protect the incentive" for artists?

Like people, we all know this is a pirated site that is base on sharing. Just because that is the case, doesn't mean we should promote it beyond the scope it already is.
Some artists friends I know got overseas artists to acknowledge them because of sadpanda, but some did lose money because of it.
This IS the grey zone. But that doesn't mean we should push it so hard that artists retaliates. Its just common sense. Keep it hush hush.
Otherwise it would just end up like that Chinese pirate site that was asking Pusaki Puna for raw, and the site got took down.

One argument I also find funny (while not in here) is that the AI tech will liberate artist from work, sounded as if he thinks he knows communism and marxism well. (not talking politics but the philosopy)

Besides, many of these AI guys uses AI and post them on fanbox dmm behind a paywall, which is top notch hypocrisy.
While true, many people are Anti-AI art like mad are hypocritical, but if we look at those who support it, I see them hypocritical too.

Pirating means creating a free copy of paid content with a license for a personal use.
It doesn't mean remixing, upscaling editing together and taking credit for results of other people creative work.
At worst piracy can take away a potential sale, and only from those who actually sells their image.
And i'm pretty sure most of the people's who's being stolen from in this model and theft act of theft are not selling their images in this way. So even if you'd upload the images from this model's dataset with credit given it wouldn't even be a piracy. It would be just sharing it.
But even if it would be a piracy it'll still provide the creator with a reach, visibility and marketability. Like you can support the artist after seeing his pirated paid content because you know who he is.

AI isn't piracy it's so much worse. It's stealing people creditauthorship it's steals their reach it's steals their identity. It's the closest you can get to an actual theft of physical object but for an Intellectual Property.
It may be even worse than physcal theft, because you can't steal physical object multiple time from the same individual, but you can steal Intellectual Property from a person countless of times.

Have some shame. How would you feel if whatever this is you churned out here would have its watermarks removed and uploaded under someone else's name or on someone's else patreon, maybe even without another img2img pass?
