Summary.
For anyone curious this is 6 months after part 1 mentioned above. MC is still confused and sad about why Hana dissapeared. Then the new neighbour comes and knocks on his door to say hello and it's the AV actress the MC always jerks off to as mentioned in part 1 so he calls out her AV name to which she say's she's no longer an AV actress. She then see's her AV and dissapears for a bit then comes back and just starts having sex with MC wearing the clothes in the AV. Then during the sex the MC starts doubting about his love for Hana and starts to love the new girl.

Then there is some monologue where new girl explains she had to become an AV actress because her dad was in a car accident and ended up at the hospital in a coma so to afford his care she had to work in AV but then he recently died so she no longer needed to work there so she quit wanting to move on with her life and be happy and moved in next to MC. Then the MC confesses to her asking her to date him, he will make her happy and such.

Then without getting an answer they have sex again and then it fasts forward another 6 months and during a news report we get told a 65 year old rich man got stabbed to death by his young wife who then ran away and they start to speculate about why she stabbed the man then the new girl tells MC if he did anything to betray her or their child she might stab him to death as well. The end.
