I primarily write smut for gacha games on Archive of Our Own, but I’m also taking up CN/JP translation as a side hobby. I’m studying Japanese as a third language, so I’m trying to increase my proficiency while keeping things familiar for myself ^^ sex is good, and people should be happy!

TL Notes:
Page 4: “sugar daddy” is my rough translation from パパ活, a phrase literally meaning “daddy life” that more or less implies the same thing.

Page 12: The original line was これから 最低でも セフレ以上 嫁未満 だよな; literally “from now on, at the very least, we’re more than friends with benefits, but not yet romantic lovers, right?” I took some liberties to help it flow better in English.

パパ活 does mean compensated dating/dating a sugar daddy. That's pretty much the only definition available lol

Thanks for doing this. And yeah, papakatsu is pretty much a euphemism and slang term for compensated dating/schoolgirl prostitution in japan. It doesn't need to translate directly, since the whole point was so the girls could talk about it public without it being obvious what they actually meant. Plus the girl calling her client "Papa" and pretending to be his daughter gives them a reason to be together, since an older man going around with a highschool girl looks bad to passerbys and the like, let alone any passing policemen.
So yeah, sugar daddy is the closest english term you can get.

Heh, amusing idea they had here. The only real problem this has is that it's so short. It would've been amazing if it was longer.

Hell, I'd have loved a whole series around this girl's sex-filled slice of life. Would've been hot and probably funny too.
