They have the same page count & size but I can't see page 3 (spider-man) in the other one; so one of them is missing something.

I compared and there is nothing missing in either one:
Spider-man (page 3) is in page 60 in the other torrent. The credit page (5 in this one) is one of the last pages in the older one.
So basically just a difference in the order of two pages (that I could notice).
